jaeetbuzz (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming service operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and jaeetbuzz. 4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all methods).

• Depositing using a third-party account or card is prohibited.

• Example: depositing ৳32,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, for a total balance of ৳47,000.
• A 15x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• An account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

jaeetbuzz runs a five-tier VIP program for regular players:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold — up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Platinum — up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Diamond — up to 1.2% cashback per week.

VIP tier is determined based on your overall gaming activity. The criteria for moving to a higher tier are set by jaeetbuzz, and jaeetbuzz reserves the right to change them.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering must be completed first.
• It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
• jaeetbuzz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to earn bonuses through fraudulent means will result in all bonuses and associated winnings being forfeited.

6.1 Fair Play

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jaeetbuzz platform and engaging in them will result in immediate account closure:

• Using bots, software, or automated systems to play games.

• Stealing another user's account information or defrauding them.
• Attempting to share bonuses between the same individual or family members (bonus abuse).
• Participating in collusion or match-fixing in casino games.

If an account is closed due to any of the prohibited activities listed above, all balances and winnings will be forfeited and jaeetbuzz reserves the right to take legal action.

Both the user and jaeetbuzz will prioritize resolving disputes through discussion. Before taking any legal action, both parties must be given the opportunity to negotiate in good faith.
